When visiting Healthy Light Canada, the IP address used to access the site will be logged along with the dates and times of access. This information is purely used to analyze trends, administer the site, track users movement and gather broad demographic information for internal use. Most importantly, any recorded IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
You have the right to request that we delete all of the data we have collected which is personal to you, you also have the right to ask for a copy of this data, to request rectification or object to it if you believe it is incorrect. In order to do this, please email enquiries@healthylightcanada.com and your request will be reviewed and completed within 7 working days.
Questions we receive about specific products are made anonymous and then queried with Good Health Naturally health coaches and the answers returned. No names nor email addresses are shared with the health coaches. We do not share any information with any external agencies/company except with the health coaches described prior for the purposes of product advice.
