Glyconutrients
Scientists have recently discovered a new class of necessary nutrients – certain monosaccharides or carbohydrates that are necessary for maintaining health. These monosaccharides are called glyconutrients and glyconutrients essential for each cell in our body to communicate correctly with the next cell or organism.
Glyconutrients are supplements that contain monosaccharides (or simple sugars), something that some nutritionists and healthcare professionals believe have become deficient in today’s over-processed and fast-food laden diets.
